Pork & Chive Pancakes!!! Recipe below, hope you LOVE these xxx 🥟🥞🥟🥞🥟

Ingredients (makes 6-8):

Crepes:
* 30ml olive oil
* 110g plain flour
* Pinch of salt and pepper
* 1 large egg
* 340ml whole milk
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
* 10g chives (small handful), finely diced

Pork and Chive filling:
* 30 g chives, finely diced
* 5 spring onions, finely diced
* 500g pork mince
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tbsp maple syrup
* 1 tbsp ground fresh Ginger
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tsp Salt
* 1 tsp White Pepper
* olive oil for frying
* Chilli oil, soy sauce and more chives and spring onions for garnish

Method:
Make the crepes:
* To a bowl, add the milk, olive oil, egg, a pinch of salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Give this a good whisk until combined. Then add the chives and mix again.
* Add 110g plain flour to a large bowl along with the sesame seeds and mix to combine, and make a well in the centre.
* Then, slowly pour in the wet mixture, whisking the batter constantly until completely smooth. Then, set this aside to rest whilst you make the pork and chive filling.
* For the filling, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix very well with your hands to ensure everything is combined.

What really happens on WORLD NUTELLA DAY!! 🍫🍫🍫

I had the morning of dreams at Maison Assouline yesterday celebrating the best day of the year 😅

Chef Paul Ainsworth cooked up some phenomenal half and half pancakes, designed to showcase the different ways @nutellauk can be enjoyed around the world. I did a taste test and my fave was the rhubarb cheesecake.

Chai Spiced Coconut Granola!

Made this on @bbcmorninglive this week which so many of you loved, so sharing the full recipe here!

Ingredients:
360g whole rolled oats
100g desiccated coconut
90g coconut flakes
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5-6 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground ginger
Pinch of clove
110g melted coconut oil
70g tahini
100g maple syrup
150g dried dates

Method:
Preheat oven to 170C (fan) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix oats and coconut together and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the oil, maple syrup, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and clove. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
Transfer the granola mixture to the pan and spread this out evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes, rotating the tray halfway until lightly golden. Let this cool completely, for about 30 minutes which will ensure it crisps up.
Once cool, add the dried fruit and/or chocolate. Break into small chunks, store in an airtight container or jar and enjoy with milk or yoghurt.
