How did I know how many servings it would be? After I enter in the ingredients, I simply adjust the servings to where I get the calories and protein where I like them for my meals. Usually for me that’s around 450-550 calories, 35-45g protein. 

Isn’t it more accurate to weigh the entire cooked portion the divide it evenly into 4 servings? Yes, but sometimes that’s difficult with larger cooked meals.
