Rose Falooda Recipe by yours truly in collaboration with GITS from @Lifebrands MU
Rose Falooda Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1200 ml liquid milk.
- 1 box of GITS Rose Falooda.
- Handful of chopped almonds.
- Handful of chopped pistachios.
- scopes of kulfi ice-cream.
Extra:
- chopped mix nuts and dry Rose petals for garnishing.

Methods:
In a pot on medium heat add in the liquid milk. Set to simmer, once simmering add in the GITS Rose Falooda mix. Stir and let boil on medium heat for 8-10 mins by stirring constantly . Add in the chopped almonds and pistachios. Let boil for another 2 minutes. Remove and let cool completely before adding in the fridge to chill.
Pour in glass, scope with kulfi ice-cream and garnish with chopped nuts and dry Rose petals. Et voila very easy and extremely less time consuming.

Greetings everyone! Our Ramadan table is not complete without a soft and tasty Naan! Here is another naan Recipe in collaboration with @spiceseaglebrand

Keema zaatar naan Recipe
Makes 4 medium sized naans.
Ingredients:
List 1: keema Zaatar
- 2 tbsps oil.
- 700 grams meat mince.
- 2 tbsps garlic ginger paste.
- 4 tbsps zaatar .
- 1 tbsp paprika.
- 1 tsp chilli flakes.
- salt to taste.
- 2 tbsps cumin powder.
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder.
- 2 large onions, chopped.
- handful chopped coriander.

List 2 for dough:
- 1500 grams of plain flour.
- 2 tbsps fennel seeds, roasted and coarsely grind.
- 2 eggs.
- salt to taste.
- 4 tbsps milk powder.
- 21 grams yeast, mix with 1/2 cup luke warm water and 1 tbsp sugar.
- 3 tbsps butter.
- water to combine dough.
Extra:
- butter for spread.
- egg wash.
- mix fennel, black and white sesame seeds.
Methods:
In a pan, heat oil and cook all the ingredients from list one until dry and fully cooked , add chopped coriander and mix.set aside to cool completely.
Mix flour, yeast mixture, salt,milk powder, roasted fennel and eggs until well combine. Add in the butter and mix until a soft bread dough is obtain. Cover and let sit for 4-5 hours or until double in size.

Divide dough into 4, roll flat not too thin or thick. Spread butter all over and Scatter the cooked keema mixture. Roll tightly into a long log. Twist and roll into a snail as seen in the video. Put on a tray, cover and let sit for 45 mins, brush with eggs and sprinkle with the seeds mixture. Bake in a 170c preheated oven for 30- 35 mins , until naan is golden brown and cooked thoroughly. Remove and brush with butter. Cover and let sit for 5 mins. Et voila serve warm.
