@rayu_luton_panasian has officially launched their new menu and there are so many exciting new dishes to try! I recently visited and here’s what I had:

- Spicy Salmon Crunch Sushi
- Korean Beef Sando
- Saigon Sizzler Loaded Fries
- Panko Chicken Katsu
- Rayu Spicy Chicken Tenders
- Sweet P Bao
- Strawberry Mocktail
- Tropical Mocktail

I love that they’ve introduced sushi to the menu! I’m not usually the biggest sushi fan, but the Spicy Salmon Crunch was honestly so fresh and really tasty. The Korean Beef Sando was so good and the cheese pull was unreal! I couldn’t wait to take a bite😍 It was exactly what I hoped for and I would definitely recommend trying it.

My personal favourite had to be the Panko Chicken Katsu. It was packed with flavour, perfectly cooked and really filling! They also have a fish Katsu curry which I’m keen to try on my next visit!🤤

I have to say, Rayu does amazing mocktails! The Strawberry Mocktail was my favourite, super refreshing and not too sweet.

Overall, Rayu continues to be one of my favourite spots. The new menu has something for everyone and I would definitely recommend giving it a try! ✨

Luton locals, I think I’ve found your new go-to spot! 🤍

So I finally visited @50_nine , and let me tell you healthy eating really can be indulgent!

We tried a little bit of everything;
🍞French toast — Which looked aesthetically pleasing, golden, soft inside, and not overly sweet#
🥑Full English breakfast - This was a hearty breakfast loved every bit of it! �🍳 Eggs Royal — This was so rich, creamy and delicious!�🍗Half charcoal grilled chicken with rice — my personal favourite! It’s so juicy, flavoursome, and cooked perfectly over the grill�🧆Mezze platter — It was fresh, vibrant, savoury goodness and perfect for sharing

For drinks, we went for matchas, a refreshing mango smoothie, and freshly made juices all clean, fresh, and full of flavour.🍵

This is such a great brunch spot, especially because Luton doesn’t really have many nice brunch places and 50 Nine fills that gap perfectly. It’s ideal for a relaxed brunch, a casual lunch, or even dinner if you’re after something healthy but satisfying. Everything here is made fresh daily, with no preservatives or shortcuts just good food that makes you feel good after eating it. The space is calm, the staff are welcoming, and it has such a peaceful vibe.

I recently visited You Want Beef new franchise in Dunstable, which opened just a couple of months ago, and I was excited to try their newly introduced menu items. Here’s everything I
ordered:

* Cluckin Mac
* Dipping Box
* Brisket Smash
* Brisket Rice Box
* Strawberry Mojito
* Classic Mojito

The Cluckin Mac was sooo good!🤤 super cheesy, creamy, and surprisingly filling. Proper comfort food done right! The Dipping Box ended up being my personal favourite. The chicken tenders were massive and packed with flavour, and dipping them into the ranch took them to another level.

The Brisket Smash honestly surprised me. I expected it to be a little dry, but it was the complete opposite tender, meaty, and full of flavour. I went for the “You Want Beef” special sauce inside the burger, and it tied everything together perfectly. The Brisket Rice Box was another hit. Once you drizzle the mayo sauce all over, it becomes this rich, tasty, and satisfying bowl loaded with flavour.😍

And of course, we had to end with drinks. The Strawberry Mojito was my top pick! refreshingly sweet, fruity, and the perfect finish to the meal.

Overall, this place really impressed me. Great new additions to the menu and definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

I recently visited The Malay Courtyard in Hertfordshire📍 and was impressed by how beautifully it combines delicious Malaysian cuisine with a unique, charming wedding venue tucked inside its courtyard.✨The atmosphere feels both cosy and elegant, making it perfect for anything from a casual dinner to a special celebration. They even have an en-suite space for couples and family members, which adds a thoughtful touch for wedding events❤️.

Now on to the food! I tried the following;
- Calamari
- Roti Canai with Chicken Curry
- Bao Bun (Pulled beef)
- Char Kwey Teow
- Nasi Goreng (chicken)
- Beef Rendang
- Malaysian Chilli Chicken
- Strawberry Mojito
- Virgin Pina Colada
- Teh Tarik

I have to say the starters were a solid 10/10! Every single one was delicious, but the Roti Canai is an absolute MUST try, especially with the chicken curry😍.

For the mains, my personal favourites were the Char Kway Teow and Nasi Goreng 😍. One thing about Malaysian food: it’s never bland. You’re always spoiled with bold flavours and spices, and this place delivered exactly that!

To drink, I went for the Strawberry Mojito, which was just right not too sweet and the Piña Colada surprised me in the best way! And of course, you can’t visit a Malaysian restaurant without ordering a classic Teh Tarik 😍

Finally, dessert was the sweetest ending. The French Toast was beautifully served with sweet syrup and vanilla ice-cream and they treated us to a Malaysian dessert called Kuih Bingka Ubi (cassava cake) something so simple yet so addictive!
