I always heard to be careful when picking a partner because you’re picking your kids dad... and Mike could not be a better pick ❤️

We love you so much. Happy Father’s Day to best dad we could ever ask for!!
Happy 20th birthday Shea! 🎂

You’re a light in this world!

Kind, loving, and always making sure everyone around you feels seen and included. You’ve overcome more than any child ever should, and through it all, you’ve taught everyone who truly knows you what unconditional love really looks like.

I have zero doubt that you’re going to do big things. Always your #1 fan. I love you more than words ❤️
A few weeks ago, one of my kids showed me a screenshot from a group chat.

It wasn’t anything terrible.

But it was one of those parenting moments that makes you realize how much of their social life happens on a screen now... and how little we’ve actually talked about some of it.

So that night Mike and I started talking about the things we never want our kids to send, post, or share.

Not because we don’t trust them.

Because once something leaves your phone, you lose control of where it goes next.

Here’s our family list 👇

📌 Share this with your spouse so you’re on the same page.

1️⃣ Someone else’s private message.
If a friend trusted you with it, it stays with you. Screenshots have ended more friendships than I can count.

2️⃣ Photos they wouldn’t want shown on the family TV.
Our rule is simple: if you’d be uncomfortable with Grandma, a teacher, or your future boss seeing it someday, don’t send it.

3️⃣ Passwords.
Not to a boyfriend.
Not to a girlfriend.
Not to a best friend.
Relationships change. Passwords stay private.

4️⃣ Their location.
We don’t share where we’re home alone, traveling, or exactly where we’ll be with people we don’t know well.

5️⃣ Messages written when emotions are running high.
Angry.
Embarrassed.
Heartbroken.
Type it if you need to. Just don’t hit send yet.

6️⃣ Information that belongs to someone else.
A friend’s secret.
Family drama.
Someone else’s struggle.
Not every story is ours to tell.

7️⃣ Anything meant to embarrass another person.
The internet doesn’t need front-row seats to someone else’s worst moment.

8️⃣ Jokes that would hurt if they were about them.
Before sending something, ask: “Would I laugh if someone said this about me?”

9️⃣ An apology that should happen face-to-face.
Some conversations deserve eye contact, not a text bubble.

These conversations aren’t one-and-done in our house.
We revisit them often because technology changes fast... but character doesn’t.

❤️ Which one do you think is hardest for teens today?

And what would you add to the list?
Wackadoo… Bluey is FINALLY on tonies 💙

And honestly? This feels like the perfect match. #ad @tonies.us

What I love most about Bluey is how it inspires imaginative play, family connection, and all those little moments that somehow become the memories our kids keep forever.

The second my kids started listening, our house immediately turned into Dance Mode, Keepy Uppy chaos, Grannies voices, and nonstop giggles 😂

And I love that it’s all screen free.

The Toniebox 2 + Tonieplay controller keeps them engaged with stories, games, challenges, and interactive adventures while THEY stay in charge of the play.

This one’s gonna be a BIG deal, kiddos.

Bluey & Friends are available on tonies.com for presale on June 17 and available for purchase online and at Target on July 19💙
