#AD I know you are going to love these street corn-inspired biscuits from the Spice & Tea Exchange®! They are tender, buttery biscuits packed with flavor, featuring little pockets of sweet corn in every bite and finished with a spicy-sweet honey drizzle. They’re the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and a touch of heat. Try them as biscuits and gravy for breakfast; they’re out of this world. Enjoy!

Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 15–18 minutes Yield: 8–10 biscuits
Ingredients:

● 2 cups all-purpose flour
● 1 Tbsp baking powder
● 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
● 1 tsp salt
● 1 Tbsp Sweet Onion Sugar, plus more for topping
● 11⁄2 Tbsp Elote Street Corn Seasoning^
● 1⁄2 cup (1 stick) cold salted butter, cubed
● 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen + thawed, patted dry)
● 3⁄4 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tsp vinegar)
● 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
● 2–3 Tbsp Arbol Chile Honey^
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a cast
iron skillet.
Make the batter. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, Sweet Onion Sugar, and Elote Street Corn Seasoning.
Add cold cubed butter and cut it into the flour using a pastry cutter or your hands until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs (some larger pieces = flakier biscuits).
Fold in the corn kernels. Pour in the buttermilk and heavy cream, mixing gently until just combined. Do not overmix, the dough should be slightly shaggy.
Shape the biscuits. Turn the dough onto a floured surface. Gently pat into a 1-inch thick rectangle. Fold it over itself once or twice (for layers), then pat down again.
Cut into biscuits using a round cutter or slice into squares.
Bake. Place biscuits on the baking sheet or skillet so they’re just touching. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown on top.

Finish with hot honey. While warm, drizzle generously with Arbol Chile Honey and a sprinkle of Sweet Onion Sugar.

Chickle Salad (Chicken + Pickle = Chickle) 🐓 🥒 🥗
Prep:10 minutes Total:1hr in the fridge to chill
Ingredients :
½ greek yogurt or sour cream
½ mayo
2 tbsp Dill pickle mustard
1/4c pickle brine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Chicken bullion powder
1 tbsp dry dill weed
2 tbsp Dry ranch seasoning mix (storebought or homemade)
Red onion, finely chopped
2 stalks of celery, minced
1/2c Slivered almonds or nut of choice - optional
½ hot haus cucumber, roughly chopped
1/4c spicy banana peppers or pepperoncini
6 dill pickles, roughly chopped
4 green onions, roughly chopped
½ bunch of fresh dill, chopped
3-4c chopped chicken, to your chew, I like super tiny pieces

Tips: Here’s how I’ve been breaking it down- 1 rotisserie) , (3-4 12.5 canned) or about 3-4 1lb chicken freshly cooked chicken breasts or leftover , you can use a mixer and a paddle attachment to breakdown your chicken or work on your knife skills!

To a large bowl, add the greek yogurt, mayo, mustard, brine, and all the seasonings, mix until you make a very delicious ranch dressing, add the vegetable-like mixins and give it a good mix, then add the chicken, cover and let chill in the fridge for at least an hour, serve with some chicken in a biscuit, on a sandwich or wrap or chomp on some more veggies

This stays best for about 4-5 days covered in the fridge, I recommend giving it a mix before serving in case there’s any juices, Enjoy! #easyrecipe #chicklesalad #pickle #chickensalad #delishaas
