 I love nandos when I’m trying to stay on track theres so many good options which are calorie balanced and high protein

Its super helpful they have calories on the menu which make it easier to stay on track

My personal fave is the chicken burger or butterfly chicken

Ok, so dominos isn’t the best option if you’re trying to stay on track as alot of the options are quite calorie dense, however there are some good options you can pick if you are trying to watch your calories

Swapping for reduced fat cheese and a thin and crispy base saves you some calories, or the cheeky little pizzas, or personal pizzas because they’re smaller it makes them easier to fit into your calories while still getting the nice taste of a dominos! 

Zizzis

The chicken & pesto pizza is only 692 calories, and easy one to fit into your calories for dinner! 

or if you’re craving a pasta the spaghetti bolognese is only 680 calories too 

Wagamamas

We all love a good old chicken katsu, however it does quickly wipe out a big chunk of your daily calories, is it is quite a lot for one meal (that doesn’t mean you can never have it but for days you want something a little lighter  Wagamamas also has some great chicken ramen options ranging from 500-600 calories
