There really are no words for how excited I am to be the Fitness & Nutrition Ambassador again this year. 🥹 Without a doubt, the most incredible & special event of the year, the Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon is taking place on Sunday May 31st at 12.30pm, entries are now open so be sure to sign up quick girlies! 💫

Women of all ages & abilities will line the streets of Dublins city centre to walk, jog & run the 10km event, now in its 44th year. I have designed your training plans & created some nutritious recipes, so keep your eyes peeled to Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon socials for this. AND… this year I will be hosting a NEW VHI RUN SERIES!!!
