Tin Can Kitchen - Newport & Cardiff📍

Had the pleasure of trying Tin Can Kitchen’s Moving Mountains range😋 Details below

🍔Superfood Crispy Burger
🍟Crispy Dipper Dirty Fries
🥗Superfood Falafel Bowl
🌭The Plantfurter

Loved trying more from the @movingmountainsfoods range, I’ve previously only had their beef style burgers

Big fan of everything but I’m a sucker for a good hotdog and this one was 10/10👌🏼

If you love the crispy burger you’ll also be a fan of the crispy dipper dirty fries, the same style pieces with lots of good sauce. The falafel bowl was a nice option with Mexican style rice with kidney beans, beetroot, salad hummus & pumpkin seeds!

@thetincankitchen have 2 locations⬇️
Cardiff - Sloper Rd, CF11 8AB
Newport - Chartist Way, Rogerstone, NP10 9XJ
Check them out for your @movingmountainsfoods fix👀

Lisbon, Portugal📍

I loved Lisbon, great vegan food, friendly people and most importantly felt really safe as a solo traveller ✌🏼

Some of the best things I did🌉🚶🏻‍♀️🛍️
- Walking tour with @chill_out_lisbon_free_tours - skips all the main tourist attractions and shows you the less touristy parts of the city with a really knowledgable guide
- Boat trip along the river, beautiful views of the 25 de Abril bridge
- LX factory, loads of cute cafes, restaurants, shops etc, spent ages here @lxfactory
- @livrariabertrandchiado - the oldest operating bookstore in the world, they have a pretty big section of English books and will even stamp your book to confirm it was bought in the worlds oldest bookshop

Some of the best places I ate🌯🍩🌮
- @scoopndough
- @thetherapistlx
- @boabao.portugal
- @java_lisboa (not food but rooftop drinks)
- @a.minha.avo.restaurante
- @the_green_affair
- @kongveganfood
- @vegannata.pt
- @natelier.pt

The only place I went which I wouldn’t recommend is the Time Out Market, the food was really medicore and there was barely any vegan options! I had such amazing food the rest of the trip that it felt like a waste of what could have been a great meal in the city centre🫶🏼

Six by Nico ~ Amalfi Coast Menu🇮🇹

If you know me you know I loveee Six by Nico! As always, the vegan options largely follows the veggie menu with a few small tweaks

My favourite dish was no.1, a mushroom ragout with truffle cream🤤 The only one which was a tad disappointing was course 3 (the penne one) Bens was ‘spaghetti nero’ (with toasted sourdough, chilli, confit garlic & scamorza foam) and looked much more exciting than my penne in a garlic & chilli sauce, and although tasted lovely I just feel like having penne here isn’t very exciting 🤣

The dessert was one of the best I’ve had here, really really lemony which I loveee after a meal, a really refreshing dessert 🍋
