okay so… 4 days ago i was meant to post the boxing promo video (the post just before this) & on that same day i ended up hospitalised due to my body going in crisis mode triggered by my asthma. it seems i didn’t fully recover from the viral infection & went back into training too soon. my lungs were so irritated and inflamed that it caused a severe attack & bronchospasms. i decided to still post the previous video, to document the important journey i was on & this video is the reality of how the journey unfolded. this video isn’t for sympathy or pity. just documenting the process in real time. i didn’t work this hard to just fade away & confront this all in silence. this is the harsh truth of it all. taking this as just a minor setback, i’ll rejoin the fight camp in 2026 for another season to see it all the way through. my body has shown me that now is not the time. i’m gutted im not fighting but i gotta look out for my health first. i’ve come so far this year in my fitness & i’m proud of the progress. thank you to everyone who’s helped me train over the past 8 weeks before the world even knew this was a thing. big up @serpico.don & the rest of the boys who will be fighting this saturday. rooting for the mandem to bring back Ws 🏆 🥊
