I’m not trying to be sensationalist 

I genuinely believe @spacekatbbq can win themselves a michelin star if they are able to consistently make the quality of bbq I ate.

Every single meat felt like it had been tweaked and tailored to be of maximum culinary enjoyment then executed perfectly. To do that across 6 different items is the type of consistency I think the Michelin guide looks for.

I’m just guessing but it’s worthwhile to make a prediction like this when the foods this good.
